Is this what it's like to be a student today?

I went to the NELA conference and saw this video.  It really got me thinking about what it's like to be in school nowadays (mostly because I shudder to remember what it was like when I was there, not that long ago).  Check it out:




What do you think of this?  Do you feel like you have a whole world of problems waiting for you that school hasn't even slightly prepared you for?

Hey teens,

The TAB meeting for tomorrow is going to be moved to sometime later this month.  I'd like to put out more word and gauge some interest levels first.  Then I'll set up a meeting time (which will probably still be on a Saturday afternoon) and hopefully you can still make it.

I promise I haven't forgotten about you and I *will* make up for this.
